I received an item with a damaged / missing part, I would like to order the spare part

In case of a missing part, we first invite you to check that it is not inside the package or that it has not fallen on the floor unpacking the model.

If you cannot find it, write to info@tecnomodel-treni.it specifying the order number, the item code and the damaged/missing part, attaching one or more photos.

We will then forward the report to the manufacturer to request the spare part.
