I received an item with a damaged / missing part, I would like to order the spare part

In case of a missing part, we first invite you to check that it is not inside the package or that it has not fallen on the floor unpacking the model.

If you don’t find it, please specify the order number, the item code and the damaged / missing part code, possibly attaching a photo.

We will then forward the complaint to the manufacturer and notify you if it is possible to have the spare part.
