The shipping address can be changed in the checkout page, before choosing the payment method. Click on "Modifica" --> "Aggiungi un nuovo indirizzo" --> "Usa questo indirizzo di spedizione".
If the order has already been confirmed but is still being processed, please go to "Ordini" --> "Mostra dettagli ordine" --> "Indirizzo".
If the order has already been shipped, please contact FedEx customer service.
Otherwise, we ask you to specify below the order number and the address to which it should be shipped, and we will correct it.
ATTENTION! If the payment was made with PayPal, it is not possible to change the delivery address, as it is associated with the one indicated on the PayPal account. Therefore it is necessary to cancel the order and place another order by choosing the correct delivery address.
