To place a pre-order, you must follow the normal purchase procedure: add the item to the cart --> select billing and shipping address --> save a payment method --> confirm the order.
No deposit is required to pre-order an item. Just save a credit card or PayPal account in your profile. When the item becomes available, the full amount will be charged.
For pre-orders it is not possible to pay by bank transfer.
