I paid my order twice by mistake, can I get a refund?

ATTENTION: Verify that both payments have actually been charged and that they are not pending or reversed.

If you are sure of a double charge, write to info@tecnomodel-treni.it specifying the order number and transactions, attaching a screenshot of the home banking or PayPal account.

The report will be forwarded to the accounting department who will reverse one of the two payments.
