The right of withdrawal can be applied within 14 days from the delivery, provided that the item hasn’t been used and that the package is intact in every part (packaging, instructions etc.).
Please specify below the order number and the item code, and we will provide you the instruction for the return.
Upon receipt of the item, our technicians will check that it is new and intact. Then we will issue a refund (within 30 days) or we will add a credit to your customer account for your next purchase.
