The right of withdrawal can be applied within 14 days from the delivery, provided that the item hasn’t been used and that the package is intact in every part (packaging, instructions etc.).
You can use the online withdrawal function by clicking "Recedi dal contratto" in the section "Ordini" → "Mostra dettagli ordine".
Or write to info@tecnomodel-treni.it specifying the order number and item code, and we will provide you with shipping instructions.
Upon receipt of the item, our technicians will check that it is new and intact. Then we will issue a refund (within 30 days) or we will add a credit to your customer account for your next purchase.
